A business with no signs is a sign of no business
It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We have included this to protect us in the case an error has been made in pricing, or we are unable to supply a product in the required time scale or for whatever other reason.
A contract of sale will only be formed once we have produced the order, until then we reserve the right to refund any payments made for orders which we are unable to produce or supply for whatever reasons.
The issue of a refund will effectively mean that the order has been cancelled and will not be supplied.
Orders of vinyl lettering are sent by 1st class Royal Mail the next working day ( Monday - Friday )
We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery by Recorded Delivery requires a signature by someone at the delivery address.
If your order is not received within 7 working days you must inform us and allow us a further 7 working day to trace the order.
If we can not trace your order after 14 working days from the original dispatch date we will reprocess and dispatch the order to you again completely free of charge.
If no-one is available to sign for your order, a card will be left informing you that your package is at the local post office for you to collect.
Recorded (signed for) items are held for 7 days after that they are returned to us Orders that are returned to us by the royal mail the customer will have to pay postage again for a re-delivery.
We take great care to process your order correctly.
If we spot any possible errors in your order we will contact you by email to check, confirm and then rectify any possible errors.
This is a free service and as such we can not be held responsible for any errors you have made in your order that we fail to spot and rectify.
Any errors in your order made by us will by rectified free of charge and dispatched the next working day.
All orders are produced to your individual specifications and as such are exempt from the right to cancel under the UK's distance selling regulations, refunds will not be given on any orders that we have started to produce.
Returns are only accepted for defective products, If you receive a defective product,

We will replace any defective items with replacements after we have received and inspected the defective item back from you in its original packaging at your own cost, this cost will be refunded when the goods are exchanged.
We cannot accept responsibility for unsatisfactory application to any substrate or ordering of the incorrect size.
Customers must test and satisfy themselves before application as to the suitability of any product ordered and this absolves Blue Anchor Graphix from any damage however caused.

T&C’s of Supply & Fitting.
We Blue Anchor Graphix will supply a printed proof of the chosen design for the customer to check.
The printed proof will hold a 90% accuracy rate, as the designs are made from a 2D outline.
Once fitted the graphic could have a slight differ to the printed proof due to the contours of vehicle or property.
Once the signed proof has been returned with a 50%, (non-refundable deposit).
We have then entered into a contract of purchase, Supply and fitting.
If for any reason the customer requests that the design is to be changed after the vinyl has been cut, the customer then will be asked to pay for the new changes and the complete price of the job before Blue Anchor Graphix will supply and fit.
Blue Anchor Graphix will aim to fit the graphic's on the time and day the customer has requested.
Blue Anchor Graphix holds the right to cancel the said appointment date in bad weather conditions, due to health and safety, the customer will be notified on the day of fitting.
Blue Anchor Graphix will take photo’s of the vehicle before and after the fitting, as proof of completion of work also to point out any damage to vehicle or property before we fit the graphics, this is due to people ( only a few) trying to charge us for damage.
The full amount of the balance is to be paid on the completion of the fitting, where a receipt will be given as proof of purchase.
All graphics including design are the property of Blue Anchor Graphix until full payment has been made, failure to complete the payment of the balance due, Blue Anchor Graphix has the right to remove said graphics, Blue Anchor Graphix will not take responsibility of any damage to property or paint work caused by removal of the graphics, also Blue Anchor Graphix holds the right to send you a invoice for the sum of £85 a removal of graphics charge, payable within 7 days.
Refund.
Blue Anchor Graphix will not refund any money once the desired job is completed, if the graphic fail's to stick to the vehicle or required surface, Blue Anchor graphix will replace and fit the said graphic within a 7 day period. (This does not cover, Jet washing, Damage cause by altering the graphic, Or by damage caused by ripping the graphic.)
If for any reason the graphic has been tampered with, the 7 day period warranty is void.

Dear customer,
We hope the T&C’s have not put you off from using Blue Graphix, We have been forced to make these T&C’s after a very few of customers have tried to get free graphic’s or tried to charge us for damage that was there before we fitted our quality graphics.
We at Blue Anchor Graphix hope that we have been fair with our T&C’s, and we hope that you understand why we had to put them into action.
