Please provide us with the following formats for your artwork:

ILLUSTRATOR CS3

Include all images (CMYK) used. Convert fonts to outlines to avoid conflict. Page size must be set to the trim size of your job. Bleeds should extend 3mm beyond the page area.

PHOTOSHOP CS3

CMYK, 400dpi at 1/4 size, flattened, no layers, saved as TIF, EPS or JPG. Image size must be set to the trim size plus a minimum of 3mm bleed*

PDF

Press or print optimized. Images and graphics must be in CMYK format. Page size must be set to the trim size plus 3mm a minimum of 3mm bleed* all round.

*3mm bleed is a minimum requirement. Depending on the size of the job you are having produced (ie: if you are having a print wrap mounted on 15mm MDF. Then you will need a minimum of 20mm bleed all round at final size. If you are having a canvas print stretched around a frame you will need a minimum of 40mm bleed at final size).

If colours are critical please send a colour proof along with your job, where possible.
Alternatively you can request a machine proof at additional cost.
